Patient acquisition for doctors and medical practices.

Patients research before they book, and they choose on trust, clarity and access. We build the local search and conversion path around that decision.

A patient looking for a doctor, clinic or specialist is often anxious, time-poor and comparing several options. They want to understand what the practice treats, who will see them, where it is, what it costs and how quickly they can get an appointment. Vague marketing copy does not answer any of those questions.

Medical marketing also carries obligations that general marketing does not. Privacy, advertising rules and platform health policies have to be respected, and clinical claims have to be supportable. We plan acquisition within those constraints, working alongside the practice's compliance lead rather than around them.

What gets in the way

  • 01Service pages written in clinical language that patients do not search for
  • 02Appointment paths that are hard to find on mobile or unclear about next steps
  • 03Local listings with incomplete hours, locations and accepted insurance information
  • 04Marketing that makes claims the practice cannot substantiate or that conflicts with advertising rules
  • 05No clean separation between new-patient enquiries and existing-patient administration

The approach

One system, built around medical practices.

The same four-stage discipline we apply across the agency, with the detail changed for this sector's buying process.

01

Start with the patient question

What does the patient feel, what are they searching, and what do they need to know before booking? We translate clinical services into plain language without simplifying the medicine.

02

Make access obvious

Location, hours, practitioners, referral requirements and appointment options are placed where the patient is deciding. The path to booking is short and works on a phone.

03

Respect the compliance boundary

We keep protected health information out of marketing systems, agree what can be tracked, and route clinical or billing questions to the practice. The compliance lead signs off before launch.

04

Measure patient enquiries, not clicks

Reporting focuses on new-patient enquiries, appointment requests and the pages that produce them, while keeping existing-patient contact separate.

Services that apply

The components we usually use.

Not every engagement uses every component. The mix is chosen from the business model, the available data, the budget and the commercial goal.

Social media in this sector. Social media can help a practice explain services, introduce clinicians and share practical health information, but it must be accurate, cautious and consistent with advertising rules. We plan content with the practice's clinical and compliance leads, and we do not publish patient stories or identifying details without documented consent. See social media management, paid social or a strategy and audit.

What we measure

Success is a business number.

  • New-patient enquiries and appointment requests
  • Enquiry-to-appointment conversion
  • Cost per new-patient enquiry by service line
  • Local visibility for priority services and locations

Where we are based

We are headquartered in Seattle and work with practices across the United States and Puerto Rico. Location pages and campaigns are built for the communities each practice actually serves.

Common questions

Medical practices, answered.

Do you handle patient health information?
No. Marketing systems and analytics should not receive protected health information. We agree the tracking boundary with the practice and its compliance lead before any campaign goes live.
Can you write medical content?
We draft patient-facing content in plain language and route it to the practice's clinical reviewer for accuracy and sign-off. We do not provide medical advice or invent clinical claims.
Do you work with single practices and multi-location groups?
Yes. Single practices usually need a focused local presence; groups need consistent location pages and a way to compare performance across sites.
Can you advertise on search and social platforms?
Where the platform's health policies and the practice's obligations allow it. Eligibility and creative restrictions vary, and we confirm them before proposing a campaign.
How do you avoid making unsupported claims?
Every claim is reviewed against what the practice can evidence. If a statement cannot be supported, it does not go on the page.
What does an engagement start with?
A review of the current site, local listings, enquiry path and tracking, followed by a proposed scope. Nothing is committed until the practice has seen the plan and the compliance boundary.
